A Study on the Consistency of Two Chemiluminescence Immunoassays by EP9-A2

目的采取EP9-A2法对两种发光免疫分析法的一致性的评价结果进行分析探讨。方法抽取在2011年1月-2012年12月间我院收集的血清标本60份,采取Access分析仪与Elecsys2010分析仪两种方法对IgE水平进行检测,并利用EP9-A2法对两种方法的检测结果一致性进行评价分析。结果研究证实,Access分析仪与Elec-sys2010分析仪对IgE的检测结果间存在良好相关性(r=0.997),两组结果间存在的偏差在误差允许范围内。结论在今后的血清检验工作中,若是严格按规程执行操作,在相同实验室的相同条件下可以采取上述两种方法检测相同的项目。

Objective To investigate the consistency evaluation results of two chemilumines- cence immunoassays by EPg-A2.Methods The 60 serum samples collected from January, 2011 to December, 2012 were extracted and the Access Analyzer and Elecsys 2010 analyzer were a- dopted to detect IgE levels, then the detection results was analyzed byEP9-A2.Results The study confirmed there is a good correlation （r=0.997） between IgE test results of the Access Analyzer and Elecsys2010 analyzer, the deviation between the two sets of results was not sig- nificant and can be ignored.Conclusion The two methods can be adopted in serum inspection, if performed strictly in accordance with procedures in the same laboratory under the same condi- tions.
