摘要 为快速诱导形成适合悬浮培养的半夏愈伤组织,对半夏愈伤诱导培养基采取了优化组合。在MS+1.0mg·L-16-BA+2.0mg·L-1NAA培养基上能诱导形成浓绿、致密的愈伤组织;在MS+0.5mg·L-16-BA+2.0mg·L-12,4-D的培养基上,可诱导形成疏松的黄白色愈伤组织,但生长缓慢。将前者后期继代培养基配方调整为MS+0.5mg·L-16-BA+2.0mg·L-12,4-D,可较快诱导出疏松的黄白色愈伤组织,适合做悬浮培养。 In order to quickly induce callus of Pinellia ternata Breit suitable for suspension culture, the optimum combination of medium was taken.The dark green and dense callus were induced on MS+1.0 mg· L-1 6-BA+2.0 mg. L-1 NAA;and yellow and white callus were induced on MS+0.5 mg. L-1 6-BA+2.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D,but the callus grew slowly.Suitable callus could be got when the medium in the late of the former were adjusted for MS+0.5 mg .L-l 6-BA+2.0 mg-L-1 2,4-D,and could be suspended in liquid medium after 3-5 times of subculture.
