玫瑰香葡萄产量对果实单粒质量与糖酸的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以欧亚种葡萄玫瑰香为材料,通过2002年设37500(T1),18750kg·hm-2(T2)两个产量水平,2003年设18750(S1),9375(S2),6255kg·hm-2(S3)3个产量水平,研究不同产量对玫瑰香葡萄果实体积、单粒质量和糖酸的影响,以期得到其相应年份的产量阈值。结果表明,2002年T2的果实体积、单粒质量、含糖量都比T1高,含酸量没有明显差别,产量阈值在26250~36750kg·hm-2之间;而2003年S1、S2和S3之间只有果实体积和单粒质量有一定差别,含糖量和含酸量差别不大,产量阈值大于18750kg·hm-2。 With Vitis vinifera L.cv.Muscat Hamburg as tested material, setting two different yield levels: 37 500(T1 ), 18 750 kg. hm-2 (T2) in 2002 and three different yield levels: 18 750(S1), 9 375 ($2),6 255 kg. hm-2(S3) in 2003, were used to study their effects on the index of single berry weight, sugar and acidity.The results showed that:in 2002,the berry volume, single berry weight and sugar of T2 were higher than T1, and there was no difference for acidity, and its yield threshold was between 26 250 kg. hm-2 and 36 750 kg" hm-2; in 2003, the berry volume and single berry weight were different among S1, $2, and $3, and their sugar and acidity had no difference, and its yield threshold was higher than 18 750 kg. hm-2.
