摘要
设计了一款基于单片机AT89S52的低成本防盗检漏监测报警系统,介绍了该系统的工作原理和设计方法。管道流量由插入式电磁流量传感器采集,信号送单片机处理并通过数码管显示当前流量,通过与设定标准流量进行比较,继而判断是否发出报警。仿真测试表明,该系统结构简单,工作可靠,测量精度不受被测介质的温度、压力等物理参数变化的影响,可以广泛用于油田、水利、环保污水监测等部门。
A low cost anti-theft and leak hunting monitoring system based on chip AT89S52 was designed, whose working principle and design method were introduced. The pipeline flow was sampled by an inserted electromagnetic flow sensor, which signal was transmitted to the microcontroUer to be processed, then displayed by LED, and compared with the standard flow to determine whether alarm. The simulation results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work and that its measurement accuracy is not affected by the physical parameter of measured medium, such as temperature, pressure and so on, which can be widely used in oil field, water conservancy, environmental protection and other departments.
