黑龙江垦区软交换平台的规划与实践

阐述了NGN网络的结构、功能及特点,分析软交换功能实体在下一代网络中的主要作用,结合黑龙江垦区通信网络发展现状,融合PSTN、ISDN、ATM、IP等业务,采用开放式结构,规划设计黑龙江垦区软交换平台,制定IP地址规划、网络互通等方案,建设NGN核心控制设备、综合媒体网关、网管系统,在黑龙江垦区通信网络中实践。

This paper described the structure, function and characteristics of the NGN network, analysed of NGN functional entity in the next-generation network, combined with the development status of Heilongjiang Reclamation communications network, PSTN, LSDN, ATM, IP and other services based on NGN technology integration, the use of open architecture program planning and design of the Heilongjiang Reclamation NGN platform to develop the IP address planning, network interoperability, building NGN core control equipment, comprehensive media gateway, network management system, in Heilongjiang Reclamation communications network practice.
