摘要 目前塑性混凝土弹性模量试验方法不统一,试验结果差异较大,给工程质量评定带来困难。在分析弹性模量较高的普通混凝土和弹性模量较低的软岩、水泥土弹性模量试验方法的基础上,提出了适合塑性混凝土的弹性模量试验方法,即采用一次检测试件对中、一次预压、最后正式试验的方法。塑性混凝土弹性模量试验宜采用尺寸为100 mm×100mm×300 mm的棱柱体试件,也可采用尺寸为150 mm×150 mm×300 mm的棱柱体或150 mm×300 mm的圆柱体标准试件。塑性混凝土应变的测定标距采用试件全长,变形测量可采用千分表或百分表或电子位移计等。建议将轴心抗压强度30%至60%应力应变曲线的割线模量作为塑性混凝土的弹性模量。 The test methods for elastic modulus of plastic concrete are disunity and the test results are quite different, which brings difficulties in engineering quality evaluation. On the base of analysis of test methods on plain concrete with higher elastic modulus and weak rocks and cement soil with lower elastic modulus, this paper gave better suggestions for test method of elastic modulus of plastic concrete, which was centering once to test specimen and prepressing once, and experimentation in final. The suitable size for testing elastic modulus of plastic concrete was prism with 100 mm×100 mm×300 mm, the prism with 150 mm×150 mm×300 mm or the cylinder with φ150 mm×300 mmcould be used also. The over- all length of test specimen was used for testing gauge length of strain in plastic concrete, amesdial, dialgauge or electric displacement meter could be used to measure deformation. It was suggested that the secant modulus of stress strain curve for 30% ~ 40% axial compressive strength could be taken as elastic modulus of plastic concrete.
