摘要
以某变电站气室盆式绝缘子放电开裂为例,对绝缘子进行了宏观检查、尺寸测量、计算机射线局部检测,用显微镜对开裂脱落物形貌进行观察分析。发现绝缘子开裂源位于块状脱落物中心,并在安装过程中形成宏观裂纹,靠近盆子边缘的裂纹尖角处先行放电。结果表明,盆式绝缘子在制造过程中绝缘材料加料搅拌不均形成凝块是开裂的主要原因。
Air-chamber basin-type insulator discharged and cracked in certain substation.For investigating the reason,macroscopic inspection,size measure,and local CR check of insulator were carried out.The morphology of cracking shedding was analyzed by microscope.The result indicates that the cracking part of insulator lay in the center of bulk shedding and the macroscopic cracking formed during the installation process.The cracking tip which is close to the edge of basin discharged firstly.The main reason of cracking is that the epoxy resin is under unsuitable stirring during adding process.
