摘要
阐述了电动汽车充放电技术的主要三种电能供给模式,交流充放电桩、直流充放电机和电动汽车充放电管理系统的主要作用与功能,重点分析了电动汽车充放电对电网负荷、电能质量、电网规划、配电网调度和继电保护、配电设备和电网交易等方面的影响,展望了大规模分布式随机充电对电网的影响,指出电动汽车充放电控制策略将成为该领域的研究重点。
Three power supply modes of electric vehicles(EV)charging and discharging are introduced.It expounds the main roles and functions of AC charging and discharging pile,DC charging and discharging motor and electric vehicles charging management system.It analyzes the impacts of EV charging and discharging on power load,power quality,power network planning,distribution network dispatch and relay protection,power distribution equipment and network transaction.Finally,it previews the impacts of large scale distributed charging on power grid,and points out that the research on the control strategy for charging and discharging of EV will be the focus in this field.
