摘要
采用真空烧结工艺制备了不同WC含量的Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷。采用SEM分析材料的显微组织,并测试其室温力学性能,利用急冷-强度法研究了材料的抗热震性能。结果表明,金属陶瓷的热震残留强度急剧下降的临界温度随着WC含量的增加而升高;随着热循环次数的增加,其热震残留强度下降。
Ti ( C, N) -based cermets with different contents of WC were prepared by vacuum sintering process. The microstructures of material were analyzed by SEM, the mechanical properties were measured at room temperature, and the thermal shock resistance was tested by quenching-strength method. The results show that the critical temperature at which the residual strength of the cermets after thermal shock decrease sharply will increase with the increase of WC content, and that the residual strength of cermets after thermal shock will decline with the increase of thermal cycle number.
