摘要
B-96ц3合金是一种可应用于航空航天工业的超高强铝合金。研究了固溶温度和时效工艺对B-96ц3合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,该合金的最佳热处理工艺为:480℃×30 min固溶处理,然后110℃×6 h+180℃×0.5 h+110℃×6 h三级时效处理。经上述工艺热处理后,B-96ц3合金的抗拉强度大于650 MPa,屈服强度大于600 MPa,断后伸长率大于7%,而且具有良好的耐蚀性能。
B-96ц3 alloy is an ultrahigh-strength aluminum alloy applicable to the aeronautic and astronautic industry .The effect of solution treating temperature and aging practice was investigated on the microstructure and properties of B-96ц3 alloy.The results indicate that the optimum heat treatment processes of the alloy are:solution treating at 480 ℃for 30 min followed by three stage aging at 110 ℃for 6 h plus 180 ℃for 0 .5 h plus 110 ℃ for 6 h.After heat treated by the said process , the alloy will give tensile strength more than 650 MPa, yield strength more than 600 MPa and elongation more than 7%apart from the good corrosion resistance .
