Study and Improvement on Quenching System for Steel Plate

钢板淬火设备主要由连续辊压式淬火机和喷淬系统组成,通过调节水的温度、压力和流量及喷嘴角度和制定正确的淬火工艺,可使钢板均匀淬火冷却,从而减小钢板的畸变,提高钢板的成材率。

An equipment used in quenching steel plate consists mainly of continuous rolled quenching machine and spray quenching system .The steel plate may be spray quenched uniformly by adjusting temperature , pressure and flow of water and spray angle , as well as properly establishing quenching process , thus reducing the distortion of plate and increasing the pass percent of plate .
