不同粘接方式在上颌前部埋伏牙正畸矫治中的应用效果

摘要 目的评价不同粘接方式在上颌前部埋伏牙正畸矫治中的应用效果。方法 2008年3月~2012年12月收治的上前牙埋伏阻生患者28例,根据患者埋伏牙的托槽粘接方法分为京津组和光固化组,京津组采用37%磷酸酸蚀剂和京津牙釉质粘接剂,严格按照使用说明进行托槽的直接粘接和脱落后再粘接;光固化组采用3M公司生产的TransbondTMPLUS MIP耐湿性处理液和TransbondTMPLUS光固化粘接剂,严格按照使用说明进行托槽的直接粘接和脱落后再粘接。记录两组患者埋伏牙托槽初次粘接所用时间及加力起始6个月内的脱落情况并进行比较。结果京津组埋伏牙托槽初次粘接时间多于光固化组(P<0.01),而托槽首次脱落率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论光固化粘接技术可以显著减少埋伏牙托槽的粘接时间,提高粘接效率。 Objective To evaluate the effects of applying different adhesive ways in the orthodontic treatment of maxillary anterior impacted teeth. Methods 28 patients with maxillary anterior impacted teeth, who were admitted to our hospital from March, 2008 to December, 2012, were divided into the Jingjin group and the light cure bonding group according to the adhesive methods for embedding teeth braces. The Jingjin group were given 37 % of phosphoric acid corrosion inhibitors combined with Jingjin enamel adhesive,which was strictly bonded and rebonded according to the instruction. The light cure bonding group was treated with TransbondTM PLUS MIP moisture-proof conditioning fluid and TransbondTM PLUS light curing composite enamel adhesive produced by 3M company. They were strictly bonded and rebonded according to the instruction as well. Then,the time of primary adhesion and the flaking condition of impacted teeth within 6 months were recorded. Results The duration of primary adhesing impacted teeth in the Jingjjn group was much longer than that of the light cure bonding group( P 〈0.01), but there was no significant difference in rate of the first flaking of bracket between the two groups ( P 〉0. 05). Conclusion Light curing adhesion technology can significantly shorten the bonding time of impacted teeth,so it can improve the bonding efficiency.
