摘要 本文结合外高桥船厂的实际情况,浅析了船舶螺旋桨腐蚀及其危害,在此基础上提出了螺旋桨防腐防污涂装工艺,深入探讨和分析了该工艺在防腐防污、减少空泡、减振降噪、节能环保、增强美观等方面的功效,为今后螺旋桨涂装设计储备理论基础,为现场施工提供经验和指导。 Combined with SWS practice situation, the paper analyzed propeller corrosion damage, advanced propeller anti-corrosion and anti-fouling painting process, discussed and an- alyzed the process good effects deeply in some aspects such as anti-corrosion and anti-fouling, decreased vacuole, vibration and noise, energy conservation and environmental protection, and strengthened beautiful appearance etc. The process application indicated that it could store theory basis for propeller coating design, provided experience and guidance for spot ap- plication.
