The work flow of aluminum profile on-line cutting is introduced, and the strategy of field-orientation control is analyzed. Simulation model of the position loop, velocity loop and current loop are established by using MATLAB. The expected simulation waveform is gotten by using the actual motor parameters. The simulation model provids a reliable theoretical basis for the hardware and software design of the system.
