摘要
通过引进灵敏度容差计算方法,对测前模拟故障诊断中的层级模型诊断方法进行改进,解决了原有方法中的仿真时间长、仿真量大的缺点,并可诊断单故障和多故障,增强了实际应用可行性。该方法与数据库技术相结合,可对大型电路进行故障诊断,满足了电子技术发展的现实需求。
The method of pre-test fault diagnosis of analog circuits based on hierarchical model tracks is improved by way of sensitivity tolerance calculating. It overcomes the shortness of time-consuming and large quantities of simulating, and it is capable of single fault dianosis as well as multiple faults diagnosis. It fulfils the need of modern electricity developing to large-scale circuits' fault diagnosis in combination with database technology.
