摘要
阐述对开式径向轴承的基本结构和功能特点,针对现场实际情况对某煤制烯烃装置核心设备主风机增速箱高速轴主瓦进行修复。通过对轴瓦的刮削成功消除了增速箱运行过程中瓦温超标的隐患,收到较好的效果。
This paper described the basic structure and functional characteristics of radial split bearing,which was used in a gearbox of main blower in a CTO plant.The fault of high temperature on the bush was eliminated by scraping the bearing.
