摘要
采用行为分析和定量分析等研究方法,实证新生代农民工对工会的需求,对工会履职情况的评价。就改进工会服务新生代农民工工作,健全工会服务新生代农民工机制提出建议。
New generation migrant workers＇ demand for labour unions and the corresponding evaluation are studied by using behavior analysis and quantitative analysis. The suggestions for the improvement of labor services and the mechanisms to perfect union service for new generation migrant workers are put forward.
