摘要
采用机械加工方法生产的20Cr13机载设备气阀阀杆工序多,材料利用率低,改用温挤压工艺较为合理。介绍温挤压工艺关键技术和工艺流程。对气阀阀杆毛坯体积进行计算。温挤压温度选择750℃,计算的温挤压力为282.3 kN。毛坯制备过程中,退火温度850~880℃,保温1.5 h,炉冷,退火硬度≤230 HB,对毛坯表面进行净化处理和润滑处理。在模具结构设计时,模具材料选用W6Mo5Cr4V2温挤模具钢,强化处理后硬度56~62 HRC。温挤压前,凸模和凹模工作部分预热温度250~300℃,温挤压过程中,采用喷雾装置将石墨水剂润滑剂喷向凸、凹模工作部分进行冷却。
The procedure of 20Cr13 airborne equipment air valve rod produced with℃ mechanical machining method is com plex, the utilization rate of material is low, adopting warm extrusion process is more reasonable. The warm extrusion process key technology and process flow are introduced. The air valve rod volume is calculated. The warm extrusion temper ature chosen is 750 ℃, the warm extrusion pressure calculated is 282.3 kN. To choose annealing temperature of 850 - 880 , holding temperature time 1.5 h, furnace cooling, annealing hardness no higher than 230 HB in process of blank pro duction, blank surface is done with cleaning and lubrication treatment. In the designing of mold structure, mold material choose W6Mo5Cr4V2 warm extrusion die steel, mold tempered hardness is 56- 62 HRC. The preheating temperature of convex and concave mold is 250 - 300 ℃ before warm extrusion, in process of warm extrusion process, the spraying device is adopted to spray graphite water-based lubricant on convex, concave mold working area to cool down.
