LT17/360水箱拉丝机工字轮排线机构设计与应用

摘要 为解决钢丝在工字轮收线缠绕过程中出现的排线质量以及股绳供料中的问题,结合现使用的3种工字轮排线机构的特点,设计一种钢丝拉拔后收线直径为0.5~0.9 mm的LT17/360水箱拉丝机工字轮排线装置。采用双向螺纹丝杆排线机构,选取螺距为18 mm,丝杆中径为30 mm;收线机采用三相力矩电机控制工字轮转速,增设一个减速箱调整速比,满足丝杆转速和钢丝的排线间距。该机构结构简单,制造和维修方便,收线工字轮排线均匀,工字轮在股绳使用时能获得较恒定的放线张力,解决了工字轮放线时发生垮线、拉断、捻合股起浪的问题,提高股的捻制质量。 To solve the problem of wire arranging quality occurred in process of steel wire winding on spool take-up and supplying to strands and rope, combining the characteristics of three spool wire arrangement mechanism used recently, LT17/360 wet wire drawing machine spool wire arrangement mechanism of take-up diameter O. 5 -O. 9 mm after steel wire drawing was designed. The double thread screw wire arrangement mechanism was adopted, to choose pitch was 18 mm, screw rod pitch diameter was 30 mm, take-up machine deployed three-phase torque motor to control the spool speed, added a gear box to adjust speed ratio, to meet screw speed and steel wire spacing. The mechanism is simple structure and easy to manufacture, convenient to maintenance, it makes the wire arrangement uniformly, enables the spool to get a constant off tension in strands and rope use, solves the problem of line collapse, pull off and twist standing waves, the laying quality of strands is improved.
