摘要
根据钢丝绳向高强度发展的要求,采用铁水预脱硫、挡渣出钢、LF炉高碱度渣洗深脱硫及VD真空脱气精炼等一系列高碳纯净钢冶炼技术生产高强度钢丝绳用钢。钢中P,S质量分数分别为100×10-6和60×10-6,O,N质量分数分别为15×10-6和24×10-6,对拉拔生产危害较大的B,D类夹杂分别控制在1.0级和0.5级,夹杂物最大尺寸为11.6μm。生产的Φ8.0 mm盘条抗拉强度达1 190 MPa,断面收缩率为40%,Φ2.4 mm镀锌钢丝抗拉强度超过1 670MPa,扭转大于25次,完全满足GB/T 8919—1996生产1 670~1 770 MPa级高强度镀锌钢丝绳的要求。
According to the demands of developing high strength wire rope, adopting a series of high carbon clean steel smelting technology such as hot metal predesulphurization, slag-blocked tapping, LF furnace high basicity slag washing deep desulphurizing and vacuum degassing(VD) to produce the steel for high strength wire ropes. Mass fraction of S and P in steel are 100 millionth and 60 millionth respectively, the mass fraction of O and N are 15 millionth and 24 millionth re spectively, the B and D class inclusions which harm wire drawing more are controlled at 1.0 class and 0.5 class respective ly, the maximum inclusion size is 11.6 micron. The tensile strength of diameter 8.0 mm wire rod produced reach 1 190 MPa, reduction of area is 40%, the tensile strength of diameter 2.4 mm galvanizing steel wire is over 1 670 MPa, torsion is over 25 times, which satisfy the demands of GB/T 8919-1996 to produce 1 670 - 1 770 MPa class high strength galva- nizing wire ropes.
