钨酸锰的一步溶剂热法合成及其电容性能 被引量:1

One-step Solvothermal Synthesis of MnWO_4 and Electrochemical-capacity

摘要 通过一步溶剂热法合成了MnWO4纳米材料,用电镜(SEM,TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对MnWO4纳米材料进行表征.结果表明:MnWO4纳米材料为长约为300nm,直径约为120 nm的形貌似蚕茧状的晶体颗粒.将纳米蚕茧制备成电极,对其电化学测试表现出赝电容性能,当电流密度为0.1A.g-1时,比电容为13.9F.g-1. MnWO4 nanomaterials was successful synthesized by one-step solvothermal method.The sam- ple was characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It obtained cocoon-like nanomaterials of stable MnWO4 phase which is about 120 nm in diameter and 300nm in length. The results of electrochemical tests showed the constraint capacity performance. When the ampere density was 0.1 A· g-1, the specific capacitance was 13.9F· g-1.
