摘要
高校学生干部是使学校活动得以顺利开展的必不可少的重要骨干力量,是老师的得力助手,也可能是各行业未来的潜在的干部队伍.如何客观科学评选学生干部有重要的实践意义,但传统的评选方法如辅导员指派、民主选举等方法存在评价指标不全面及个人主观性过大的缺陷,为此探讨高校学生干部胜任力评价指标体系,并建立基于TOPSIS方法的高校学生干部胜任力评估模型,该模型能克服传统方法的缺陷,从而使综合素质高的学生当选.
Student leaders are the indispensable backbones in launching activities successfully in colleges and universities; they are teachers' helpful assistants and potential the leaders of work units in the future. How to select the student leaders objectively has great practical significance. However, the traditional methods of selecting student leaders, such as instructor appointment or democratic election by students, has such shortcomings as inadequacy of the evaluation indexes or too much personal subjectivity. There- fore, we probe the student leaders' competence assessment index system, and build the competence as- sessment model based on TOPSIS.The new evaluation model can overcome the shortcomings of traditional methods so that the students with high comprehensive quality can be elected.
