老年血液病827例病种构成分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解老年血液病的病种构成情况,为合理配置社会医疗资源,进行必要的预防措施及早防早治提供依据。方法对2004年1月至2011年10月827例老年血液病患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果老年血液病患者共827例。男女性别比1.06∶1。老年血液病患者有逐年上升趋势。老年血液病病种前5位为急性非淋巴细胞性白血病、巨幼细胞贫血、骨髓增生异常综合征、多发性骨髓瘤、血小板减少性紫癜。院内死亡22例患者中恶性血液病占68.2%。结论 8年来老年血液病诊治人数逐年增多,恶性血液病是死亡首因。应加强老年血液病的防治工作。
