误诊为慢性Guillain-Barre综合征的副肿瘤综合征1例
摘要
神经系统副肿瘤综合征（NPS）在临床上较为少见，容易误诊，我科收治1例误诊为慢性Guillain-Barre综合征，现报告如下。患者男，60岁。因双下肢无力3个月加重，伴头晕、复视3d于2009年5月26日人院。患者3个月前无明显诱因出现双下肢对称性无力，行走后明显，进行性加重，出现抬腿困难，逐渐不能行走，无肢体麻木、疼痛。3d前出现头晕，非旋转性，双眼复视，伴恶心、呕吐胃内容物。自发病以来，食欲减退，体重下降不明显，大小便正常。
