摘要
新中国舞蹈教育在近六十年的发展中取得了较为丰硕的成果,而在收获瞩目成就的同时,相关问题便应运而生。舞蹈教育是普通高校素质教育的一项重要内容,而师范类大学的高等舞蹈教育是以中、小学舞蹈教师为主要培养目标,通过这个培养目标的实现来进行舞蹈教育的普及,所以师范类大学的舞蹈教育显得尤为重要。本文通过对中国舞蹈教育历史的梳理,以作者亲身实践任教和参与教学管理9年的华中师范大学舞蹈教育建构为个案,通过调查问卷并结合现状分析,对华中师范大学舞蹈系存在的问题进行梳理,探究问题背后的原因并提出相关建议。
Dance education is essential to the College quality education. The dance education in normal university is aimed at developing dance teachers for primary and secondary schools so as to promote the dance education nationwide. Dance education in China since 1949 has achieved fruitful accomplishments through nearly six decades of development. However,there are still issues to be tackled with. Reviewing history of dance education in China,and combining questionnaires and analysis of current trend with the author’s nine-year personal experience in the university’s teaching and management of dance education,the author attempts to sort out the issues in dance department of Central China Normal University and explores the reasons so as to list related suggestions to tackle the issues.
