摘要
针对某马口铁生产厂生产的镀锡板存在镀锡后表面"白斑"缺陷的问题,采用扫描电镜、金相显微镜等试验设备对比分析了马口铁表面"白斑"缺陷的成因及控制措施,通过相关措施的实施,镀锡板表面的"白斑"缺陷明显减少。
By means of SEM,metallograph examination and comparsion analysis, the causes and control measures of white spot on the tinplate surface were investigated. Based on it,whice spot defect was obviously reduced.
