摘要 针对传统的型钢多辊矫直理论的不足,从理论压下量出发,以出口残余曲率为零为目标函数,建立了正向求解理论压下量与残余曲率关系的多辊矫直解析模型。有限元模拟和数值拟合的结果显示,单个辊系的挠曲线可以用余弦函数的形式表示,由此建立了弯曲曲率与理论压下量和辊距间的纯几何关系,使对称截面型钢的多辊矫直过程可以用曲梁纯弯曲弹复方程求解,并提出了综合弹跳补偿量、辊环磨损补偿量的计算方法,使矫直过程中的实际压下量与理论压下量更为吻合。 Compared with traditional straightening theory, the multi-roller straightening analytical model which directly solved the relationship between the theoretical reduction and the residual curvature, was more intuitive, clear and accurate. In this model, the first thing was establishing the relationship between the theoretical reduction and the bending curvature. The results of finite element simulation and numerical fitting showed that the deflection curve of a single roller system could be expressed as the cosine function. Thereby the pure geometric relationship between the bending curvature and the theoretical reduction and roller spacing was established and the multi-roller straightening process of symmetrical cross-section steel could be solved by the curved beam pure bending equation. In addition to the theoretical reduction, the synthesized springbaek compensation and the roller wear compensation should be considered in a reasonable reduction rules to make sure the actual reduction was more consistent with the theoretical reduction in the straightening process.
