摘要 介绍了首钢迁钢公司1580mm热连轧生产线带钢终轧温度控制系统,针对生产实际中带钢终轧温度控制精度低的问题,从工艺制度、参数调节、模型逻辑3个方面提出了一系列优化措施,使带钢终轧温度控制精度从89.9%提高到95.0%。 The finishing rolling temperature control system of 1580mm hot rolling production line of Shougang Qiansteel were introduced. In view of low precision control of finishing rolling temperature, a series optimization measure about process scheme, parameters adjustment and model logic were put forward. Based on it, the precision of strip finishing temperature were increased from 89.9% to 95.0%.
