氯胺酮致泌尿系统损伤的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 氯胺酮(ketamine)自上世纪60年代首次合成后长期被用作麻醉药物。由于其兼有镇静和镇痛作用,呼吸抑制作用轻微,并可兴奋心血管系统,目前仍被广泛应用于临床麻醉和兽医领域[1]。另外,氯胺酮还可用于慢性疼痛病人的镇痛,治疗顽固性抑郁症、海洛因和酒精成瘾等[1]。由于氯胺酮具有致幻作用,对成人可造成精神分裂样症状,近年来在娱乐场所滥用日益严重,俗称"K粉"。长期滥用氯胺酮会导致一系列的并发症,包括药物依赖、记忆力损害、腹痛、肝功能障碍、背部皮肤病变等[1]。近年来,氯胺酮滥用导致的泌尿系统损伤引起关注[1-8],本文拟对这一并发症的研究进展做一综述。
