摘要
对木塑复合材料进行了紫外光加速老化处理,研究了EVA含量对于木塑复合材料老化变色和老化后力学性能的影响,并用扫描电镜观察了复合材料断面的微观结构,分析了EVA提高木塑复合材料抗老化性能的原因。结果表明:木塑复合材料老化褪色主要表现为变白和发黄,且其褪色是一个阶段性现象。老化后木塑复合材料的力学性能显著下降,少量EVA的加入能显著增加复合材料的抗老化性能,并在EVA含量为5%时达到最优。
The PE based Wood plastic composite is accelerated aging treatment by UV. The influence of the EVA content on the mechanical properties and changes in color of the wood-plastic composite after the aging process is studied. The results show that fading is a periodic phenomenon and that the aging of the wood-plastic composites leads to the composites changing color to white and yellow. The mechanical properties of wood-plastic composites deteriorated significantly after aging treat. However, the addition of a small amount of EVA can significantly improve the anti-aging properties of the composite material, and it reached its maximum potential when the EVA level was at 5%.
