摘要
对酸性废水脱镁前后的绵竹磷矿进行了工艺矿相学研究,测定了其化学组成和物相构成,并提出了针对绵竹磷矿的修正矿物成分计算方法。实验和计算结果表明:绵竹磷矿P2O5质量分数为28.16%,属于中品位镁硅质磷矿;矿石主要物相为氟磷灰石、白云石、石英、水云母等粘土矿物,黄铁矿、褐铁矿等铁质矿物。采用修正矿物成分计算方法可计算得到各矿物组分质量分数。经酸性废水化学脱镁后,矿石品位得到提高,但矿物组成基本不变,亦可计算得到各矿物组分质量分数。本研究对于化学选矿和湿法磷酸生产具有一定指导意义。
The process mineragraphy of Mianzhu phosphate ore be- fore and after magnesium removal with acid drainage was studied by determining its chemical and phase compositions. The revised meth- od of calculation of mineral components for Mianzhu phosphate ore was presented. The experimental and computational results indicated that the content of P2O5 in the phosphate ore was 28.16%, which is a medium grade magnesium siliceous mineral. The major phase of the phosphate ore is fluorapatite, dolomite, quartz, hydromica and other clay minerals and pyrite, limonite and other ferruginous miner- als. The content of each mineral constituent could be calculated by the revised calculation method. By the chemical magnesium removal with acid drainage, the grade of the phosphate ore was enhanced, hut its mineral component almost remained uncharged, and the content of its mineral constituent also could be calculated by this method. The research has a certain guiding significance for chemical mineral processing and wet-process phosphoric acid production.
