宜昌磷钾矿反应特性和发泡特性研究

Study on reaction and foaming characterstics of Yichang phosphate potassium ores

研究了湖北宜昌殷家坪磷钾矿、中间坪磷钾矿和太阳山磷钾矿的反应活性、抗阻缓性能和发泡特性,并同汉源磷钾矿及其他4种常见磷矿作了对比分析。结果表明,宜昌磷钾矿反应活性较高,抗阻缓性能好,发泡性强,湿法处理时可能需要加入消泡剂。

This paper studied the reaction activity, resistance to retardency and foaming characteristics of phosphate-potassium ores from Yinjiaping, Zhongjianping and Taiyangshan in Yichang, Hubei Province. And a comparison analysis was conducted on Yichang phosphate-potassium ores, Hanyuan phosphate-potassi- um ores and four typical phosphate ores. The results showed that the reaction activity and resistance to retardency of Yichang phos- phate-potassium ores were high but the ores foamed significantly, so a defoamer may be added during the wet process.
