摘要
兰科石斛属植物铁皮石斛(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo),国家濒危珍惜中药材,具有卓越的药用价值。该文在系统的文献调研基础上,首次对分子标记技术在铁皮石斛中的应用进行了归纳与总结。据统计,自2000年以后,该植物中分子标记技术的应用报道主要集中于RAPD/SSR/ISSR/ETS/SNP等标记技术。上述技术在铁皮石斛种质鉴定和亲缘关系分析中有重要应用,对深入研究铁皮石斛有重要意义。通过文章的总结,期望使该技术能被更好地研究与利用。
Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo is an endangered valuable Chinese herbal medicine. It has distinguished medicinal value. Based on the systematic survey on literatures, are summarized in this essay the studies on molecular marker techniques of Den- drobium officinale Kimura et Migo. According to statistics, almost ten types of molecular marker techniques have been applied in plant identification and genetic diversity of D. officinale since 2000. The applications of molecular marker techniques in Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo have been concentrated on RAPD/SSR/ISSR/ETS/SNP since 2000. These techniques are very important and applied in germplasm identification and genetic relationship identification. And these have significant influence on the study of Den- drobium officinale Kimura et Migo. The summary of molecular marker techniques can facilitate the studies and utilization.
