电力系统电网中逐渐增多的“污染性”负荷 (如非线性负荷、时变负荷等 )正在使电网中的电流、电压出现越来越多的、显著的畸变。本文主要阐述了有关电能质量、电能质量的标准及其相关检测的方法等基本内容。

The ever increasing number and power of polluting loads (non linear, time variant loads and so on) connected to the electric power network cause a significant distortion in the line voltage and line current. The quality of electric energy ,its measurement methods and so on, are discussed.
