摘要
对比研究了轧制与轧制加拉拔两种加工工艺制备TA2管材的显微组织、变形织构与再结晶织构、拉伸性能及扩口、压扁等工艺性能,同时分析了织构对管材力学性能及工艺性能的影响。结果表明:加工态轧制加拉拔管材和轧制管材均表现为径向织构和周向织构相结合的复合织构;退火态管材试样表现为径向织构。径向织构可以显著提高管材的力学性能,而对管材扩口、压扁性能影响不大。
The microstructure, textures, mechanical properties and processing properties of commercial pure titanium pipes produced by rolling and drawing methods were investigated. Meanwhile the effects of textures on the mechanical properties and processing properties were studied. The results show that the samples of as-worked pipe by both methods possess complex textures which include radial texture and circumferntial texture; the annealed samples in different processes only possess radial texture. Radial texture can improve the mechanical properties of pipes greatly, while it only has a few effects on the processing properties of commercial pure titanium pipes.
