摘要
汽车氧传感器根据工作原理可分为3类:(1)浓差型;(2)极限电流型;(3)氧化物半导体型。汽车氧传感器是电喷发动机控制系统中关键的传感部件,电极是氧传感器中最重要的组成部分。目前,低温(600℃)下以银电极为主;高温(600~900℃)下则以铂电极为主,但因其价格昂贵,金属陶瓷复合电极正逐渐代替铂电极;一些半导体金属氧化物电极也表现出一定的应用前景。
According to the working principle of automobile oxygen sensors, they could be divided into three types: (1) concentration-type oxygen sensor; (2) limiting current type oxygen sensor; (3) oxide semiconductor oxygen sensor. Automobile oxygen sensors are the critical part of the electronic fuel injection engine control system, in which the electrode is the most important. At present, silver electrode is widely used in the automobile oxygen sensors at low temperature (below 600 ℃). At high temperature (600-900 ℃), the platinum electrode is the most popular. However, metal-ceramic composite electrodes are replacing the Pt electrode because of its high price. Some semi-conductive metal oxide electrodes are also proposed.
