The enhancing of part-time teachers＇ teaching ability is a general concern in the field of higher vocational education.The teaching quality of part-time teachers is an important factor influencing the overall teaching quality of higher vocational colleges.According to the situation of teaching abilities of part-time teachers,the guided teaching ability training platform for part-time teachers with the aid of modern information technology was built,and the platform is a new way to enhance the teaching ability of part-time teachers.The platform includes four parts of curriculum and resource system,management system,synchronization video teaching system and evaluation system.
