摘要
本文以普通话多功能词"到"的习得顺序为例,探讨跨语言比较背景下的语义地图模型在二语习得研究中的运用。根据跨语言(包括汉语普通话、方言,日语,韩语,越南语等)的共时语料并参考历时发展过程,可分别绘制普通话、日、韩和越南语中"达至"义语素的语义地图。在此基础上,对日、韩、越三国留学生普通话"到"的习得顺序进行观察和比较,找出习得难点并作出解释。研究表明,语义地图模型适用于多功能词的二语习得研究。
Presenting the order of acquisition of the muhifunctional Mandarin word "dao (到) " as a case study, this paper probes into the application of semantic map model into the study of sec- ond language acquisition. Semantic maps of the morpheme "arriving" in Mandarin, Japanese, Kore- an and Vietnamese can be depicted based on the synchronic and chronic materials from cross- lan- guage ( including cross-dialect) comparisons. Then we examined and compared the order of acquisi- tion of "dao" between Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese students, identified and offered possible explanations. Semantic map model has proved to be applicable to the study of second language ac- quisition concerning multifunctional words.
