Some Methods of Measuring Patients Adherence to Medication

摘要 目的介绍几种测量患者用药依从性的方法,包括传统的以及最新的测量方法,为临床药师及时准确地进行用药干预提供基础。方法查阅国内外依从性测量及临床研究领域的相关文献,并对各种测量方法进行横向比较。结果与结论测量依从性的方法由传统的自我汇报等方法逐步发展到镁铜合金微芯片等新型方法,各种测量依从性的方法各有优劣。测量依从性对慢性疾病管理尤其重要,统一、有效的依从性测量方法的建立需要更深入的探索。 OBJECTIVE To introduce some methods to measure patients＇ adherence to medication, including the traditional and modern methods, so that clinical pharmacists can provide appropriate interventions to improve patients＇ adherence. METHODS Methods to measure patients＇ adherence were reviewed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION The methods to measure patients＇ adher- ence have developed a lot. Measuring patients＇ adherence is especially important for chronic disease management. More researches are needed to develop more accurate methods to measure patients＇ adherence.
