运用房地产投资评估与决策的理论与方法 ,结合房地产开发项目实践 ,给出了房地产投资评估与决策系统的模型和结构 ,并进行了详细的系统分析和设计 。
This paper disscusses the model and structure of real estate investment appraisal and dicision using the real estate investment method.The detailed analysis design for the system are studied and a practical realestate investment appraisal and decision system is developed .
