待产孕妇血清中PAEs暴露水平及其与胎儿生长发育的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解待产孕妇血清中两种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)水平,探讨血清PAEs水平与胎儿生长发育的关系。方法:收集150例武汉市某三级医院待产孕妇血清,采用反相高效液相色谱分析法(HPLC)检测其血清邻苯二甲酸丁苄酯(BBP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)的含量;新生儿出生后记录其体长和体重,采用多元线性回归分析孕妇血清BBP、DBP含量与新生儿的体长、体重的相关性。结果:150例研究对象BBP检出率为62.7%,BBP最大值为85.09μg/ml,最小值为1.39μg/ml,中位数为0.64μg/ml;DBP检出率为61.3%,DBP最大值为60.89μg/ml,最小值为2.15μg/ml,中位数为0.32μg/ml。相关性单因素分析和相关性多因素分析结果均显示150例胎儿的生长发育与BBP、DBP浓度具有相关性,并差异有统计学意义。结论:大多数孕妇体内均可检测出BBP和/或DBP,且其在血清中的含量与胎儿生长发育有关。 Objective: To understand the levels of two kinds of phthalic acid ester (PAEs) in serum of predelivery women, explore the relationship between serum PAEs levels and growth and development of fetuses. Methods: The serum samples of 150 predelivery women were collected from a tertiary hospital in Wuhan city, HPLC was used to detectthe contents of serum butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) and di - n - butyl phthalate (DBP) ; the body height and body weight of the neonates were recorded after dehvery; multivariate linear regression analysis was adopted to analyze the correlation between contents of serum BBP, DBP and body height, body weight of neonates. Results: The detection rate of BBP in 150 study objects was 62. 7%, the maximum value, minimum value, and median of BBP were 85.09 ixg/ml, 1.39 Ixg/ml, and 0. 64 Ixg/ml, respectively; the detection rate of DBP was 61.3% , the maximum value, minimum value, and median of DBP were 60. 89 ~g/ml, 2. 15 txg,/ml, and O. 32 ~g/ml, respectively. Univa- riate and multivariate correlation analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between growth and development of 150 fetuses and BBP, DBP concentrations. Conclusion: BBP and/or DBP can be detected in most pregnant women, and the serum contents of BBP and DBP are correlated with growth and development of theii~ fetuses.
