摘要
提出了螺旋圆弹簧两端加橡胶垫情况下的横向刚度计算方法,当考虑一端橡胶垫刚度无限大时可获得螺旋圆弹簧一端加橡胶垫的横向刚度。计算结果表明,所计算的横向刚度值与试验值比较接近。对比研究发现,要获得与试验值接近的计算值,当单独计算圆弹簧的横向刚度时需要考虑刚度矩阵的修正系数,而计算螺旋圆弹簧加橡胶垫的横向刚度时则不宜考虑修正系数。
The calculation method for the lateral stiffness of cylindrical spiral spring with rubber pads at the two ends is given.When the stiffness of the rubber pad at one end is considered to be infinitely great,the lateral stiffness of cylindrical spiral spring with rubber pad at one end can be obtained.The calculation result shows that the lateral stiffness calculated is fairly near the test value.It is found out in comparison and research that,in order to obtain the calculation value being near the test value,the correction coefficient of the stiffness matrix shall be considered when the lateral stiffness of the cylindrical spring is calculated independently,however,the correction coefficient shall not be considered when the lateral stiffness of the cylindrical spring with the rubber pad is calculated.
