摘要
本研究采用RT—PcR方法以四川白鹅(Ansercygnoides)为研究材料,探讨了1、10、13、14和16周龄肝脏、小肠、脑、胸肌、腹肌、腹脂、皮脂和心脏等组织中微粒体甘油三酯转运蛋白(MTP)基因的表达特性。结果显示:1周龄,MTP基因只在小肠组织中表达;10周龄,除在肝脏、小肠组织中,首次发现脑组织为M即基因特有表达组织;MTP基因在肝脏和小肠中的表达量随周龄增加呈逐步上升趋势;1-13周龄,小肠〉肝脏(P〈0.05);14~16周龄,小肠〈肝脏(P〉0.05);填饲期,肝脏组织中MTP表达无显著变化(P〉0.05),而小肠组织肘即表达水平却显著升高(P〈0.05)。
With Sichuan white geese as experimental materials firstly,RT-PCR method was adopted to study the expression characteristics of microsmal triglyeeride transfer protein (MTP)gene in liver, small intestine, brain, breast muscle, abdominal muscle, abdominal fat and heart tissue at 5 stages of growth development (1,10,13,14 and 16 weeks of age) was studied. The results indicated the expression of MTP gene was detected only in small intestine at 1 weeks of age;except in the liver and intestine tissues,MTP gene was firstly discovered in the brain tissues at 10 weeks of age;the expression level of MTP gene in liver and intestine increased with aging (P〈0.05);the expression of MTP gene in intestine was higher than which in liver from 1 to 13 weeks of age,then which was lower than that in liver from 14 to 16 weeks of age reversely;during the overfeeding, the level of MTP mRNA had no significant change in liver tissues (P〉0.05), but increased significantly in small intestine tissues (P〈0.05). Therefore,MTP gene was a very important factor in the regulation and control of fat deposition and transfer in Sichuan white goose.
