摘要
采用双螺杆挤出机制备空心陶瓷微珠(HCB)填充聚丙烯(PP)复合材料,研究对比了主喂料和侧喂料两种加料方式对复合材料力学性能、流动性和白度的影响。结果表明,侧喂料比主喂料更能使HCB保持其完整性;与采用主喂料方式制备的复合材料相比,虽然采用侧喂料方式制备的复合材料的断裂伸长率、熔体流动速率、冲击性能偏低,但其拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量较高,尤其是白度较高,其L值达80以上。
Polypropylene composite filled with hollow ceramic beads was prepared with a co-rotating twin screw extruder, and the influences of feeding methods including main feeding and side feeding on the mechanical properties, fluidity and whiteness were studied. The results show that, comparing to main feeding, the side feeding can better keep the integrity of the hollow ceramic beads, although the elongation at break, melt flow rate, izod notched impact strength and izod urmotched impact strength of the composite prepared by side feeding are lower, the tensile strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus are higher, especially whiteness is very higher and it's value exceeds 80.
