摘要
以滴液管为研究对象,阐述了滴液管模具设计的构思方法及模具成型零件结构、浇注系统、推出机构、冷却系统的设计过程。提出采用将型腔镶件的一部分设置在定模座板内部的方法,以降低模具闭合高度;采用具有头部导向功能、内外冷却的动模型芯,以保证滴液管各部分的同轴度并提高动模型芯的冷却效果;通过模具导向镶件、型腔镶件、动模型芯及推件衬套的等外径设计,将以上零件组装在一起一次性加工好各安装孔,从而达到使用通用设备即可高质量完成全套模具加工任务的目的。
Injection mold design method of drop tube and design processes of molding parts structure, gating system, ejecting mechanism, cooling system of the mold were expounded. The design method of the part of cavity insert being set in the interior of the fixed clamp plate was proposed in order to reduce the mold closing height. The movable mold core with the head orientation function and internal and external cooling pattern was adopted for ensuring each parts coaxality of drop tube and improving the cooling effect. Through equal outer diameter design of the mold orientation insert, cavity insert, movable mold core and ejector bush, these parts were assembled together for once machining each mounting hole in order to achieve the purpose for using general equipment to complete a full set of mold processing task with high quality.
