摘要
高分子合成材料聚乳酸-羟基乙酸(PLGA)其生物降解速率可控,生物相容性好,力学强度高,已被广泛应用于三维基因传递系统。综述近年来常用的PLGA多孔支架制备方法及其对支架参数的影响以及PLGA支架在基因传递系统中的应用研究。
Poly-lactide-co-glycolide (PLGA), a synthesized polymer with controllable biodegradation rate, good biocompatibility and desirable mechanical strength, has been widely applied in 3 D gene deliver- y system. The recent progress in the research of the commonly used preparation methods for porous PLGA scaffolds, their influence on the scaffold parameters and the application of PLGA scaffolds in gene delivery system was reviewed.
