R&D on Key Technologies Based on Web Information Publishing System

通过研究基于 Web的信息发布系统的发展和现状 ,指出我国大多数信息发布系统中普遍存在着仅提供中文信息查询和有关代码的使用没有与国际接轨等问题 .自动翻译和国际通用代码 (如行业代码与产品代码 )的使用是解决上述问题的关键技术 .以开发的某个大型信息发布管理系统为例 ,详细阐述了自动翻译、代码标准化、异构数据库间数据的转换、跨平台数据传输等关键技术问题的解决方法 .

This paper discusses the histories and status of information publishing systems based on Web, indicates that most of the information publishing systems in China only provide Chinese information and not use the popular code in the world. Auto translation and using the popular code, such as NACE code and HS code, are the key technologic problems. Under the research and development of a large information publishing system, the paper presents the solutions of auto translating, code standardization, data conversion among the heterogeneous databases, and data transfer on cross-platform.
