摘要
对新形势下国内运作比较好的3家合作数字参考咨询系统进行了比较研究,主要从服务政策、服务模式、服务管理三个方面多个角度进行了统计分析,进而提出深化发展我国图书馆合作数字参考咨询服务的建议。
The paper compares three typical cooperative digital reference systems from the following aspects in different views, those are the policies of service, the modes of service, and the management of service, and then puts forward the suggestions to deepen the cooperative digital reference systems in China＇s libraries.
