摘要
采用一种新型的合成工艺制备了自抛光防污涂料用丙烯酸铜树脂。通过红外光谱、X荧光光谱等分析手段对合成的树脂进行了表征,证实了此新型合成工艺可制备出一系列不同铜含量的丙烯酸铜树脂,尤其是高铜含量的丙烯酸铜树脂,并通过原子吸收光谱对低铜含量及高铜含量两种丙烯酸铜树脂的水解性能进行了研究,发现铜含量越高,树脂的水解速率越大。
A copper acrylate resin for self-polishing method. The synthetic resin was characterized by FTI antifouling R and X fl coatings was prepared using a novel preparation uorescence spectrum etc., which revealed that a series of copper acrylate resins with different copper contents were successfully prepared, especially for the resin with high copper content. Furthermore, the hydorlysis properties of the two types of resins with low and high copper content were studied respectively by atomic absorption spectrometry, demonstrating that hydrolysis rate increased with the raise of copper content.
