耐高温防腐蚀环氧改性有机硅涂料的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决钢结构在高温、高盐雾腐蚀环境下的防腐蚀问题,以烷氧基硅烷为单体制备了一种有机硅树脂,并对其进行环氧改性后,与功能性颜填料、助剂混合,制得耐高温防腐蚀涂料。试验结果表明:该涂料具有优异的耐高温及防腐蚀性,可用于海洋高温、高腐蚀环境的钢结构防护。 A kind of silicon resin was prepared by alkoxysilane as monomer, which was modified by epxoy resin. The high temperature and corrosion resistant coatings was prepared by epoxy modified silicone resin, functional pigments, fillers, and additives. The test results showed that the coatings had excellent property of high temperature and corrosion resistance, it can be applied to protection of steel structure in marine high temperature and high corrosion environment.
